This series of high-frequency chargers has high conversion efficiency, voltage stability, high current stability accuracy and small output current ripple. Due to the use of high-frequency switching technology, the charger has the characteristics of power saving, easy to control, wide range adjustable, small volume and light weight.

 

The charger is mainly composed of rectifier filter circuit, high-frequency switch inverter circuit, PWM control circuit, output rectifier filter circuit, reverse connection protection, short circuit protection and other hardware protection circuit, as well as auxiliary power supply.

  

In order to make the charging machine run reliably for a long time, daily inspection and regular maintenance should be carried out.

5.1. Daily inspection
Do not remove the outer cover when powered on, and visually check the operation of the charger from the
outside to confirm that there is no abnormal situation. The following points are usually checked.
(1) The operating performance meets the standards and specifications;
(2) The surrounding environment conforms to the standards and specifications (see the use environment);
(3) The panel instrument shows that all the function switches are normal;
(4) No abnormal voice, vibration and smell;
(5) Whether the fan is running normally;
(6) No abnormal conditions such as overheating or discoloration;
(7) Whether the input voltage is in the normal working range;
(8) Whether the connecting line joints are fastened.

5.2. Regular maintenance
The charger adjusts and cleans the sediment of the air inlet outlet every 10 days (according to the environmental
conditions), so that the air inlet window is unimpeded and the air flow is maintained, which is conducive to the
heat dissipation of the whole machine
